Phoenix Golf - 5/3/06

Another week in the books and it looks like I need to step my game up to hang with these fellas. I should wear a shirt that reads "Drive for show and putt for dough". I had some great drives but can not putt to save my life. Oh well at least I could go out and have a couple brews with the.....wait a minute, that was my problem! I went nine holes without doing any 12 oz. curls. That can cause some very unstable scores. Oh well, I'll try a little harder next week.... to bring beer! No major occurrences on the course this week, but there were 5 to 6 deer standing on the driving range when were done, in which Big A turned into a cool little game. He hit one of his straightest drives all day only to scare the deer off and lose his ball. Who wants to field dress a deer in 80 degree heat on the driving range anyway.
